Scheduling an exam is easy—simply visit DocMJ.com and click ‘BOOK NOW’ or schedule an exam over the phone with a DocMJ Patient Care Coordinator at 888.908.0143. Our Orlando office is conveniently located at:

DocMJ

1221 W Colonial Dr #103

We can be reached over the phone at the number listed above or by email at [email protected]. We also have a Live Chat option on our website to make getting in contact with us quick and convenient.

After scheduling your exam you can expect an email from us containing a set of electronic intake forms. These forms must be completed at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If these forms are not completed your exam may be cancelled by our office and a fee assessed to your account. Please see our Billing Policy for more information. If you do not have your medical records on hand or do not have access to them, our records department can request them for you.

During your exam, your physician will answer any questions you may have, review your medical records and determine whether or not you qualify for a recommendation. If you do in fact qualify, your physician will then enter your into the Florida Medical Marijuana Use Registry. After being entered into the Registry you will receive an email with step-by-step instructions on how to complete your application and pay the $75 state-required annual fee. For any issues with your application or payment, please contact the OMMU by phone at (800) 808.9580 or by email at medicalm[email protected]. The application approval process takes approximately 7-21 business days.
