How to Book an Appointment

You will know online if you pre-qualify, and if you do, the next step is to book an appointment either by phone or online. This visit is required in person in order to obtain your medical card. If you are approved, we will enter your information into the Registry. You will receive a confirmation email that contains a link allowing you to apply for your medical marijuana card and pay your annual fee with the state. You should expect to receive your medical card approximately 7-10 days after you apply and pay your fee.
