Find Out If You Are Eligible or Qualify For a Medical Marijuana Card

Patients in Florida must complete specific steps to obtain the necessary medical marijuana recommendation from medical marijuana doctors. Completing our online patient questionnaire is the first step in this process.

Qualifying Conditions for MMJ in Florida

The questionnaire lists the approved conditions for MMJ. Patients completing the form should list all of their diagnosed conditions. The state medical marijuana eligibility laws allow our qualified and approved medical marijuana doctors to make a recommendation if the patient has another condition of a similar kind or class. These conditions can be included by checking the bottom box in the dropdown menu.

The conditions for medical marijuana in Florida include both physical and psychological conditions. We provide a list of debilitating medical conditions recognized by the state on the page.

How to Qualify for a Medical Marijuana Recommendation

After completing the questionnaire, the next step is to book an appointment with one of our medical marijuana doctors. We offer locations throughout the state for your convenience. Each patient needs to submit all requested medical records prior to their appointment. At the appointment, our doctor reviews the patient’s records and discusses the psychological and medical conditions that qualify for a medical marijuana recommendation. This is also a time for the patient to ask questions about all aspects of medical marijuana eligibility.

Once the recommendation is made by our doctors, the patient’s information is entered into the state registry by the doctor. The patient receives an email with a link, which allows the patient to complete the state MMJ card application and pay the required fee. Once the application is submitted and the fee paid, the patient receives another email with their unique registry ID number. This email is used as a temporary MMJ card until the annual MMJ card arrives by mail in approximately 7 to 10 business days.

Maintaining Florida Medical Marijuana Eligibility

A medical marijuana doctor must see a patient every seven months for the patient to stay active on the state registry. Our staff is here to answer questions you may have on how to maintain eligibility or qualify for medical marijuana in Florida.
